Grades and levels
What you call the groups students are in. These are the choices on the enrolment form — everyone picks from the same list, so you can group and count by them later.

Still in use, not on your list
Students carry these because they were typed in before this list existed, or because the level was removed. They stay on the student and stay selectable, so nothing is lost.

Your center
The name here is the one on the top of the page. The timezone decides when a day ends: check-ins are grouped into days that start at midnight where you are, so an evening session lands on the day it was worked.
Your own account
Your name, the email you sign in with, and your password are on your profile. Everyone has one, including staff — they cannot open this page.
